For more than 23 years, Xencom has provided quality facility and energy services, almost exclusively, to the shopping center industry. Our management team includes former energy executives and shopping center professionals, who have extensive knowledge of the peculiarities associated with retail development, construction, management, marketing and leasing. We are members of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and maintain an active involvement. We have served on the University of Shopping Centers faculty and on editorial boards for various trade publications.
Since its inception in 1985, as a start-up energy management control company with three employees, Xencom has shown steady growth. Today, our employment exceeds 700 and we have a presence in more than 100 enclosed shopping malls, nationwide.
