As Xencom Co-founder Bob has devoted his entire career to developing energy conservation programs and cost-effective facilities services for the shopping center industry. Xencom's humble beginning started with three employees and two mall projects in Texas. Bob, with the help of his well qualified and hard working management team, has been able to expand the organization to include over 500 employees serving more than 120 malls throughout the US. Xencom has won the prestigious Dallas 100 annual award (hosted by SMU Cox business school) five times for being one of the fastest growing privately held companies in North Texas.

Xencom has always promoted energy conservation and environmental consciousness.
