Xencom's service goals are simple - maintain a problem free system and save energy. Our philosophy is that a happy and satisfied customer is a good reference and a repeat customer. We have found customer training and system documentation to be the most important part of maintaining a new system in order to insure its performance and to achieve optimum energy savings. Our service includes complete phone support and semi-annual on-site preventive maintenance visits.
