Steve Sanderson - President

Graduate of US Naval Academy with MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. Before joining Xencom, Steve worked for Honeywell, Inc. for 18 years in various sales and management roles and was part of the prestigious Presidents Club. Steve is a member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) and has the following certifications; Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Energy Procurement (CEP), Certified Sustainable Development Professional (CSDP), Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP) and Green Advantage Environmental Certification.

Tom Warnick - VP Operations

Graduate of Eastern Illinois University with BS in energy management. Before joining Xencom, Tom helped implement EMS systems in over 200 Dallas Independent Schools. He then went on to start the controls division for TD Mechanical (the largest mechanical contractor in the Southwest). Tom is a member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) and has the following certifications; Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified Demand Side Management.
