Initial training for all new hires begins with an extensive review of the Xencom Policies & Procedures Manual. Included are detailed instructions and guidelines covering all aspects of employment hands-on-training from the Account Manager or a designated Shift Supervisor. We create a property specific "Project Manual" at every center we service. The manual is a complete how-to guidebook and contains all the necessary information for managing the cleaning service. It includes administrative information, job descriptions, work schedules, seasonal requirements, cleaning processes and supply & equipment information. |
