Work environments and common areas must be safe and healthy for employees and customers. We are painfully aware of the rising cost of Workers Compensation and General Liability Insurance and are relentlessly pursuing control strategies. We have tow full time, employees in our Dallas office dedicated to insurance issues who aggressively work all claims. Working closely with our insurance agent and carrier, we have created an excellent team. "Slip-and-Fall" claims are a priority and we make every effort to avoid them. We maintain meticulous spill logs and incident investigation forms. We also test our route porters periodically with spill response drills.

We Have Produced a Custom Video Series That We Use Extensively

We constantly emphasize safety in our employee training and conduct formal monthly on-site safety meetings at each property. Our Policies & Procedures Manual establishes our program and documents specific guidelines for enforcement. We not only address the "biggies" like MSDS sheets and blood borne pathogens, we also include issues such as lifting, ladders and equipment operation safety.

We conduct criminal background inquiries, prior employment inquiries and drug screenings for all employees. Uniforms and photo identification badges are worn by all employees at all times.
