Electric

Xencom is a licensed aggregator in the state of Texas and has established broker agreements with most of the large Retail Energy Providers. We already have one-point of contact with these providers for all the states that are deregulated. Because we understand the mall business and the different types of rate plans available, we have been able to secure the best energy pricing for our customers. We also understand how tenants are billed so we can minimize the risk and maximize the savings/revenues.

Gas

Although few of our customers use gas for heating, we have successfully negotiated short and long term agreements for our customers. We are presently working with a major gas reseller to offer one-point of contact for all deregulated areas.
