Rate Negotiation

Xencom provides consulting services to the shopping center industry to insure that our customers have the best contracts and rates based on their load profile. In conjunction with installing a new energy management system, we have been able to renegotiate utility contracts to provide a the best rate possible. We have also converted several malls from individual utility metering of tenants to mastered metered projects with sub metered tenants. We also work with the mall's redistribution company for billing.

Incentives & Rebates

Xencom utilizes multiple resources to provide up to date information on energy related rebate and incentive programs. We use this data to indentify cost effective energy conservation projects. We also submit all the required paper work for the property owner to qualify for the rebates and incentives.
